Welcome to the 34th Annual Percussive Arts Society International Convention Exhibitor Registration. From November 11-14 the Indiana Convention Center will play host to the largest gathering of percussionists from around the world.
Every year at PASIC, the International Drum and Percussion Expo features displays by over 115 exhibitors - all Sustaining Members of the PAS. Customers can try out and compare the widest possible assortment of drumsets, cymbals, mallet-keyboard instruments, sticks, marching percussion instruments, hand drums and symphonic percussion instruments, and check out all the new and classic instructional and performance music.

Download, save and complete your PASIC 2009 Exhibitor Packet using Adobe Acrobat (be sure to use the latest version by downloading it here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/). You can now type in your information directly on the PDF forms, save it to your computer for convenient access and electronically sign all necessary pages.

Important Notes Regarding Exhibitor Packet:
Digital Signature:
When completing the PASIC 2009 Exhibitor Packet, you’ll be asked to use, or create, a digital signature. Digital signatures are used to identify the person signing a document. Digital IDs prove your identity when you communicate electronically, and certificates contain identifying information to those who need to verify your identity. When you sign a document, your digital signature appears in the signature field. If you don’t currently have a digital signature, you’ll be asked to create one while you complete the packet.
Payment Form:
The Payment Form found on page 18 of the Exhibitor Packet is to be included with any payments made to the Percussive Arts Society. The form auto-populates information from within the Exhibitor Packet, but will not calculate your final payment information. Please manually fill in the “Amount Included with this payment” column to reflect any half-payments or future invoice selections. Please fill in the “Balance Due on July 1, 2009” box for the remaining half payment of your booth price to be charged on July 1, 2009.
Submit Registration Button:
You will have the option to email your completed PASIC 2009 Exhibitor Packet directly to the Percussive Arts Society by clicking the “Submit Registration” button located on the Payment Form. You will have two options when you click:
1.) Desktop Email Application: Choose this option if you currently use an email application such as Microsoft Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, or Mail. This will automatically send your completed form to exhibitor@pas.org. You will not receive an immediate confirmation after doing this; you should receive an email confirmation from the Percussive Arts Society within two business days.
2.) Internet Email: Choose this option if you current use an Internet email service such as Yahoo or Microsoft Hotmail. You will then need to save your form and return it manually to exhibitor@pas.org using your Internet email service. You will not receive an immediate confirmation after doing this; you will receive an email confirmation from the Percussive Arts Society within two business days.
