Austin Bergstrom International Airport
Recently named one of the world's best airports, Austin Bergstrom International Airport offers non-stop flights to 46 destinations around the United States and is served by 12 airlines. Local bands perform live music during happy hour. Some of Austin's most popular restaurants and stores can also be found at the airport.

Getting Around Town

Many Capitol Metro buses and trolleys travel the city with nearly 70 different routes heading in and around downtown, shopping malls and many other locations. Two new Capital Metro routes promise an easy way for visitors to get around town. A route called "Tour the Town" runs on weekends to many of the city's attractions. Two free entertainment trolleys take riders to both the Sixth Street and Warehouse entertainment districts from hotels and parking garages. Bus passes can be purchased online at www.capmetro.org. Several cab and limousine companies also service all locations in Austin.

What are the 'Dillos?
A free 'Dillo ride is an easy way to get around downtown and central Austin. Trolleys-on-wheels and small buses take you around the central city, so you just park once and enjoy the ride. The weekend Tour of the Town route transports riders to popular Austin attractions. The Moonlight and Starlight Dillos run late nights on Thurs.-Sun. to move night owls around Austin's entertainment districts. Visit www.capmetro.org for more information.
