On-Site Registration


Forgot to register for PASIC in advance? On-site registration is available!

There are NO discounts available for on-site registration.

Available for those age 17 and under accompanying an adult badge holder. Accompanying minors under age 10 are free. Accompanying adults ages 18+ pay the same rate as the primary attendee’s badge.

Combo Ticket – $50 (Opens October 1)

Valid for 2 Single Sessions and includes an Expo Hall Wristband. Single Session Tickets may be redeemed at the door for any session taking place starting Wednesday, November 13 through Saturday, November 16. Sessions include any concert, clinic, masterclass, lab, workshop, panel, presentation or performance during PASIC. Wristbands are valid only for the day selected.

Expo Hall Wristband – $25 (Opens October 1)

Valid for entrance into the International Drum & Percussion Expo Hall. Expo Hall Wristbands are only valid for the day selected and are not valid for PASIC sessions. Thursday and Friday Wristbands are valid for entrance into the Concert Chamber Competitions, in addition to the International Drum & Percussion Expo Hall.


FAQ

Have questions about your PASIC registration? You’ve come to the right place. Below are some common questions from our attendees.

The Four-Day Badge would be best for you. This badge will give you full access to all PASIC events.

The One-Day Badge would be best for you. This Badge will give you full access to all PASIC events for one day of your choice.

The Combo Ticket would be best for you. This Ticket will give you full access to 2 Single Sessions + the Expo Hall during regular show hours.

You’ll want to purchase an Expo Hall Wristband. The Wristband will give you full access to the Expo Hall during regular show hours. Just remember – an Expo Hall Wristband is valid only for the day selected.

Refunds are available through October 31, with a cancellation fee of $50. There are NO refunds for cancellations that occur after October 31 (this includes individuals who are offered badges from exhibitors). If you wish to cancel your registration, please call the PAS office at 317-974-4488.

When you purchase your PASIC registration, you will have the option to purchase an Accompanying Badge in the event that you would like to bring a family member. If an Accompanying Badge is purchased for an immediate family member (with ID), family members must be accompanied by a registered attendee and may only attend the number of days as registrant.
* Children 10 and under are free with a paid registrant.
