The Percussion Ensemble Chung Ang (PECA), founded by Choi Jong Sil, is a professional percussion ensemble. Through the drum, the dance, and song, the ensemble strives to provide audiences with exciting Korean traditional performances as well as diverse cultural performances. Since its establishment, PECA members have performed in Asia, Europe, Australia, and the United States. The group has also performed at various festivals including the 2007 Taiwan International Drum Art Festival, 2006 Sacheon International Percussion Festival, and 2004 Athens Olympics.
